Why do we charge a nominal fee for first time clients?Apple Elevator will send out a top elevator adjustor for a full inspection of your elevating device. This will ensure that nothing will be missed in addressing your elevator concerns. This fee will be deducted from any work agreed upon by you and Apple Elevator.

How do I choose the right elevator equipment for my building?Unless otherwise indicated, Apple Elevator will only install non-proprietary elevator equipment when conducting an elevator modernization. Proprietary elevator controllers are designed and manufactured by a single company, and the technology is owned exclusively by that company. This means that only that company can service and maintain the elevator equipment (for the most part). On the other hand, non-proprietary elevator controllers are designed to be maintained and serviced by any number of parties, and they are not exclusive to any one manufacturer. Non-proprietary controllers are generally more flexible and cost-effective, as they allow for more competition and innovation in the market.

Can I expect immediate service?Apple Elevator operates 24/7 for emergency services. Otherwise you can expect elevator service during the hours of 7am - 6pm. Other arrangements can be made with discussion with an Apple Elevator sales representative.

What service/maintenance options do you offer?For most elevators, we will offer a monthly maintenance plan to fit within your budget. We also perform freight elevator maintenance, which is usually pay-as-you-go.
