Apple Elevator will send out a top elevator adjustor for a full inspection of your elevating device. This will ensure that nothing will be missed in addressing your elevator concerns.

Unless otherwise indicated, Apple Elevator will only install non-proprietary elevator equipment when conducting an elevator modernization. Proprietary elevator controllers are designed and manufactured by a single company, and the technology is owned exclusively by that company. This means that only that company can service and maintain the elevator equipment (for the most part). On the other hand, non-proprietary elevator controllers are designed to be maintained and serviced by any number of parties, and they are not exclusive to any one manufacturer. Non-proprietary controllers are generally more flexible and cost-effective, as they allow for more competition and innovation in the market.

Apple Elevator operates 24/7 for emergency services. Otherwise you can expect elevator service during the hours of 7am - 6pm. Other arrangements can be made with discussion with an Apple Elevator sales representative.

Absolutely. We understand that elevator breakdowns don’t respect business hours, so our emergency response team operates round the clock. Outside of emergencies, we provide scheduled service between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., and we’re happy to arrange off‑hours appointments when needed.
